Proof (the "Tool") is provided by Digital Edge Media LLC ("Digital Edge," "we," "us"). By using the Tool, you agree to these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
The Tool runs entirely in your web browser. Photos, logos, and text you add are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on Digital Edge servers. The Tool uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and your work is cleared when you close or reload the page.
To display typefaces and create ZIP files, the Tool loads fonts from Google Fonts and a ZIP library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Those providers may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies. QR codes are also generated in your browser; the links you enter are not sent anywhere by the Tool.
You represent and warrant that you own, or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use, every photo, logo, trademark, name, likeness, and piece of text you place in the Tool, and that your use does not infringe or violate anyone's rights or any law. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Edge Media LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you supply, artwork you create or publish, or your use of the Tool.
The Tool, including its code, interface, templates, layouts, and ornament artwork, is owned by Digital Edge Media LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tool to create artwork for your own events and business. No ownership of the Tool is transferred to you. You may not:
As between you and Digital Edge, you keep the rights to the artwork you export, subject to third parties' rights in any content you supplied. Template designs may appear within your exported artwork, but may not be separated from it or offered as templates.
Do not use the Tool to create content that is unlawful, false or misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harassing, or that markets alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age or otherwise violates applicable alcohol advertising laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of event details, prices, age requirements, and any legal notices in your artwork.
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts and remain subject to their open-source licenses, such as the SIL Open Font License. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exported files will meet the requirements of any platform or printer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Edge Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Tool. Our total liability for any claim related to the Tool will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Digital Edge for access to the Tool in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
We may change the Tool or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Tool means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
